The Overseer is one of the many godlike elite members of the Zalpha Council, 12 omnipotent, omnipresent beings created by [[Omnisim]] to create, maintain, and destroy the [[Omniverse]]. Not even other godlike beings like [[Stan]] could beat even one of the members. In fact, a single member could eradicate all of fiction, every single character in the omniverse, from Harry Potter to Elon Musk, even [[NonaSoft]] with as much hypersuit upgrades as possible doesn't stand a single nanosecond against them. Of course, "all of fiction" excludes the other members of the council. To be clear, all of the council's members are equally powerful and all have a perfectly even chance of killing each other if they want to, and it is not possible for them to physically grow more powerful than they currently (and always) are.

No one was there to claim to be their creator. In fact, there was absolutely nothing. Could it be... they created themselves? This theory was proven false by the [[Archono Union]] after a major discovery showing that there was indeed a creator known only as [[Omnisim]]. However, due to the sheer power required to do such a thing, they have been exhausted of all of their power and are not considered as much as a threat than the council. This does mean that the council were (and still are) capable of killing them if they wanted to, however they haven't killed him because they respect their creator.

At the time of their creation, the [[Omniverse]] was not a thing, and the entirety of existence was an [[The Void|infinite void]]. To fix this, the council created micrillions of creations (multiverses), each controlling and ruling various of their own. The Overseer took the task of watching over the Omniverse in its entirety. to prevent them from collapsing. === Creation of the Oppressors ===
Because of the sheer size of the Omniverse, the Overseer could not perform this task alone. In every single creation, a singular being was chosen to be in charge of protecting the multiverse. These beings were known as the Oppressors, the "Guardians of Creation". They were given a share of The Overseer's power each, and were not told of each other's existence. As far as they know, they are the only oppressor.

The Oppressors all operated with their jobs as usual. However, a specific one in a specific universe once created a force known as "The [[Oppressed]]", with the help of an [[Ultra]] named [[Purpon]]. The Oppressed were zombie-like creatures that reproduced in hiveminds, obeying The Oppressor's every command, to eradicate anything that stands in their way.

=== Mythological Speculation ===
The Overseer planned on getting to know the people of his creations. He appeared to them as a deity they decided to call "Osiris".<ref>[[wikipedia:Osiris]]</ref> Shortly after, the Hindus also learnt about this being and named him Vishnu, the god of preservation and stability.<ref>[[wikipedia:Vishnu]]</ref> However, he also appeared as their other deities Brahma and Shiva, making the Hindus believe that The Overseer was three people, but in fact it was only one. However, they probably predicted the existence of other council members.

The Overseer, being a god, was bored once because he had done so much, so he had a little fun. He made all of the Oppressors appear to the people of creations as "god", and to disregard the existence of other gods that they may believe. This came to result in the birth of religions such as Christianity, Islam, Judaism, and many more smaller ones. This did annoy some of the Zalpha Council members, but they didn't care as now they can attack them since they don't believe in them thus they won't expect an attack. This led to some creations converting back to Zalphism.

Of course, this is excluding the other members of the council. To be clear, all of the council's members are equally powerful.

=== Genesis ===
The Zalpha Council were created on the 32nd of ███████, ████████ BCE by a being called [[Omnisim]], found out by the [[Archono Union]]. However, due to the sheer power required to do such a thing, they have been exhausted of all of their power and are not considered as much as a threat than the council. This does mean that the council were (and still are) capable of killing them if they wanted to, however they haven't killed him because they respect their creator.

To them, they appeared into existence, and there was absolutely nothing else besides them. No planets, no stars, just... an infinite void of nothingness. The [[Omniverse]] itself did not exist prior to the 32nd of ███████, ████████ BCE.

They believed that it was far too dark, so they worked on an experiment. They tried to draw as much energy as they could into one singularity, and created a massive stream of life, energy, and matter. The Big Bang had begun.

Millions of particles were created in an instant. They began to organise into quarks, electrons, atoms, hydrogen, and after a while, the first star was born. They had just created a universe.

They were so amazed by what they have done, that they began creating many more of these universes. Millions upon billions, until they learnt how to create entire clusters of universes. They called these "creations" and the places inside them "creation spaces". They made beings to create universes for them known as Ultras. They had the ability to turn orbs of pure Zalpha energy into matter of any shape or size.

Over time, the fragments/sefirots would soon learn about their existence and origins and together, they formed a "council" of sorts excluding one fragment known as [[Mort]] who was considered the black sheep of the group. This resulted in Mort being forgotten and removed from the tree of life diagrams through Imperium propaganda.

As the hierarchy grew, so did their power. The Council started to gain control of their Omniverse. One member, [[The Overseer]] created beings called [[The Oppressor|Oppressors]], each one to stabilise a universe and prevent it from collapsing. (TBA)

The Omniverse contains all fictional characters, including those of real-world people, whether from a book, to a film, to a game, to things that haven’t even been thought of yet, ranging from Harry Potter to Hatsune Miku to Herobrine to Mario to Postman Pat to Paw Patrol, even to Norman Normson II from The New Norm. If you think of a random character right now, from ANY fandom or AU, the Omniverse has it. This makes the Omniverse infinitely large. However, the concept of "infinity" can only be so large.

Seriously though, how big is the Omniverse? Well, let’s put it this way. Picture everything you know in fiction, then everything you do not know, and then everything you cannot even conceive of. This is the Omniverse, the aggregate of everything, yet it defies being just “everything” because even such a concept is contained within it. It isn’t merely “everything” because “everything” is far too small of a concept to describe it. Every forgotten idea, every unwritten story, every thought you think. It's all in there somewhere. Fiction and reality blur together, becoming nearly indistinguishable. Even the concepts of fiction and reality fold into the Omniverse. It’s not a collection, amalgamation, or whole because all of those imply something finite that could be measured or understood one day. The Omniverse is the thing that holds the concept of measurable within it. The Omniverse is beyond the concept of concepts.

The Omniverse is made up of of several slices of [[Existence]] (the umbrella term for all fiction, non-fiction, etc.) that reside along the 12th dimension. The Fictional Omniverse is the slice of reality that sits between [[Unreality]] and the [[Infinite Narrative Stacks]], blocked by the [[Fourth Wall]]. It is infinitely large along the 11th dimension and below, however is only one atom wide in the 12th dimension.

Then there is time. In the Omniverse, time is not a river, a line, or a looping cycle. Time in the Omniverse is a field, a shifting, breathing entity, a field that speeds up and slows down in many aspects at once, existing all at once and never at all at the same time. There is no true present moment, every moment that ever has or hasn't existed will never truly be the present moment. Time can be reversed, stopped, and even sped up or slowed down by beings, however doing so can create offbranches of the timeline most commonly, or the complete overwriting of timelines. Time is distorted infinitely without end, making the origins of the Omniverse distorted too, subsequently. However, textbooks from the religion of [[Zalphism]] suggest that there is a [[Zalpha Council#Genesis|beginning]] to all of this.

The creations are not actually different locations within 3-dimensional space, but rather 10th/11th dimensional, meaning a [[Creation Portal]] or [[Creation Drive]] is required to travel between creations (although some beings are capable of travelling on command by pure willpower). Travelling using other means is nearly impossible. Occasionally, creation portals are inaccurate and lead to an infinite emptiness known only to omniversal voyagers as [[The Overvoid]]. The Overvoid is located on every single 10/11th dimensional slice that isn't tied to a creation. Consider this a "multiversal frequency", which usually rounds to the nearest 0.0001, meaning if you go to a creation with frequency 134.1413 but accidentally went to 134.141341, nothing changes.

If you were to get stuck in the Overvoid, speed and time itself stop existing, as such concepts don't exist within the void, only within other creations, connected through quantum entanglement. The concept of matter does not exist either, so anything or anyone that gets stuck in the void would start to experience a rapid and infinite proton decay. The only objects capable of existing without such effects are [[Void Rock]] asteroids, occasionally containing [[Rearnium]]. This is the main method that most factions use to get Rearnium.

Within the centre of the Omniverse in [[Omniversal Center|Creation 0001]] lies the [[Zero Point]], a sentient nexus core from the game ''Fortnite'' created by the [[Zalpha Council]] that creates creations and connects them together, making crossovers possible in some creations.

The Omniverse has an infinite number of creations, fictional or inconceivable, orderly or chaotic, freaky or NORMal, and thus it's impossible to know about EVERY single one. However, us internet users have documented some of these creations, like ourselves here on the Archono Database, as well as others (full list at [[#See also]]). To be clear, it is impossible to map the Omniverse visually, doing so would require a map with a size of Ω*Ω, however we can probably make it by just creating an open-world map. The following is a list of all documented creations that have ever been explored by humanity. This is heavily under construction, and all contributions to the list, even if only adding one universe, are welcome here. For the purpose of organisation, all of the creations are organised based on threat level, determined by the [[Collective Omniverse]] and [[Archono Union]].

There exist some universes within the Omniverse that are exact copies of the real world due to the fictional Omniverse being a manifestation of humanity's imagination. These exact copies cannot be travelled in or out of, not by anyone except the Zalpha Council, unless a time traveller came and kicked a rock, in which it is no longer a parallel to reality.

The Omniverse has no definite timeline because, as mentioned before, time is not constant and is highly variable throughout various regions. However, according to ancient scriptures from the religion of [[Zalphism]], there is a definite timeline, at least for the origination of the universe.

=== Pre-Omniverse ===
Not all information is known about what exactly happened before the Omniverse existed, however in Zalphism, it is known that there was once a being called [[Omnisim]] that at the time was all that existed. Omnisim fractured into 12 different beings to create the universe for him, which are now known as the [[Zalpha Council]]. Why did he do this? We have no idea, he was probably very lazy and didn't want to make it all on his own. After which, he became significantly weaker and could easily be defeated by a single council member. The Council agreed that since he created them, they would not kill him, and thereby instead they created something else to wreak their unleashed free will upon. This is what led to the creation of the Omniverse.

From this point on an infinite amount of time passed, and the Omniverse grew to the size of Absolute Infinity by a rate of TREE(TREE(TREE(TREE(seconds passed)))). Due to the warping and shifting of regions of the omniverse, time, which was once constant, became heavily warped around regions, making it seem significantly longer for an hour to pass in one region of the Omniverse than another. From this point on, time doesn't exist.

Mort's preferred form is a mouse lemur for his own leisure while he also takes on other forms such as a cartoon duck and a pedophile named Daniel Larson.

He has never come into contact with the Archono Union, however the Union is well aware of his existence, especailly thanks to expeditions to creations such as 7396 and 5311 where he is actively existing.

Mort's (his birth name remains unknown) backstory is completely unknown. No one knows who Mort really was before the events of the Freaky Saga. Despite being captured twice by the Collective Omniverse, no traces of Mort's true identity could be found - no matches on fingerprints, biographical records, or DNA within the entirety of all omniversal databases. As a high ranking member, secretary‑central said; "nothing... no name, no other alias."

As stated before, what is known about Mort’s background is highly speculative due to him speaking very little of his past because he is uninterested in it, him constantly contradicting himself, being an unreliable narrator, his mentally unstable memories and recollection, and whenever he does actually tell someone his true past, it is left unheard from the audience's point of view and the person hearing or learning about it is left paralyzed from complete fear and horror or simply gets mentally scarred/mad from the revelations like what happened to his therapist or the time when Bill Cipher entered his mind which killed him from the complete horror that was Mort's mind.

Some psychological profiles of Mort suggested that he is so insane to such an extent that he renovates both his identity and history on a daily basis. It was therefore possible that, while none of his origins are true, Mort genuinely believes them. However, these psychological profiles cannot be confirmed and so cannot truly define the social enigma that Mort is.

==== 20th Century ====
In September of 1903, Mort would attend Clown College and served as a clown in a circus. While attending, he met and became good acquaintances with Hisoka Morow. The two would constantly debate in college about if lolis or shotas are hotter which Mort always picked lolis and Hisoka always heavily disagreed and chose shotas. Around the winter of the mid 1910s, the circus' resident bear had grown so ferocious trainers simply wanted to get rid of it. Mort though, announces that he can make the bear be tamed and if he does, the ringmaster will never get rid of the bear. Mort would douse himself in his own self-made Mexican hot sauce while yelling like a psycho and declaring that the bear's name will henceforth be Miss Snuggle Wuggle Puss Jr. despite the bear being male. The bear sinks his teeth into Mort’s arm in response. Then afterwards, the bear releases Mort’s arm and rolls on the ground, flailing around in pure agony from the heat of the hot sauce. Weirdly, when a clown remarks that the bear had bit Mort as hard as it could that it would have broken the bone had Miss Snuggle Wuggle Puss Jr. bit any harder, Mort creepily smiles and assures them that his arm will heal quickly. After many controversies, Mort would get expelled from Clown College and by extension, his many circus acts. Afterwards, Mort would simply burn down the entire school.

After burning his former school, he decided to attend Madame Amberley's Academy of Evil. After some time studying evil, he would gain a job as a janitor within the evil Irken Empire where he simps for "legendary" Zim since he views him as the ideal true villains that he inspires to be one day despite everyone else viewing Zim as a complete nuisance within the empire.

Overall, Mort's current form is that of a anthropomorphic mouse lemur. He has brown fur, dark brown eyes, a black nose, long whiskers, long ears, and a long, bushy tail which somewhat reassembles that of a squirrel. In terms of fashion and style, Mort is highly against and is a sworn hater of the sociological concept of [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cultural_capital cultural capital]. This makes him have an affinity for wearing similar clothing and also being fond with the act of buying cheap clothes from various thrift stores, while also showing complete and total disdain with the idea of buying any type of brand clothing or clothes from any form of luxury stores like Chanel. Some characters also mention that he is an extremely untidy and a messy person when it comes to his appearance. When a friend of his named "Big Chungus" reunited with Mort, he claimed that Mort "[stinked] like piss" and had blood under his fingernails. Big Chungus even called Mort a "proto-hipster" because of Mort’s refusal and hatred of being seen as wealthy and having any sort of cultural capital.

Throughout all forms and designs, whenever he is enraged or excited, such as whenever he is fighting a strong or amusing opponent, he breaks into a wide grin and terrifying smile, giving him a maniacal and sadistic appearance. Despite wearing clothes sometimes, Mort usually likes wearing none since he is a nudist.

Mort's (his birth name remains unknown) backstory is completely unknown. No one knows who Mort really was before the events of the Freaky Saga. Despite being captured twice by the Collective Omniverse, no traces of Mort's true identity could be found - no matches on fingerprints, biographical records, or DNA within the entirety of all omniversal databases. As a high ranking member, secretary‑central said; "nothing... no name, no other alias."

As stated before, what is known about Mort’s background is highly speculative due to him speaking very little of his past because he is uninterested in it, him constantly contradicting himself, being an unreliable narrator, his mentally unstable memories and recollection, and whenever he does actually tell someone his true past, it is left unheard from the audience's point of view and the person hearing or learning about it is left paralyzed from complete fear and horror or simply gets mentally scarred/mad from the revelations like what happened to his therapist or the time when Bill Cipher entered his mind which killed him from the complete horror that was Mort's mind.

Some psychological profiles of Mort suggested that he is so insane to such an extent that he renovates both his identity and history on a daily basis. It was therefore possible that, while none of his origins are true, Mort genuinely believes them. However, these psychological profiles cannot be confirmed and so cannot truly define the social enigma that Mort is.

In September of 1903, Mort would attend Clown College and served as a clown in a circus. While attending, he met and became good acquaintances with Hisoka Morow. The two would constantly debate in college about if lolis or shotas are hotter which Mort always picked lolis and Hisoka always heavily disagreed and chose shotas. Around the winter of the mid 1910s, the circus' resident bear had grown so ferocious trainers simply wanted to get rid of it. Mort though, announces that he can make the bear be tamed and if he does, the ringmaster will never get rid of the bear. Mort would douse himself in his own self-made Mexican hot sauce while yelling like a psycho and declaring that the bear's name will henceforth be Miss Snuggle Wuggle Puss Jr. despite the bear being male. The bear sinks his teeth into Mort’s arm in response. Then afterwards, the bear releases Mort’s arm and rolls on the ground, flailing around in pure agony from the heat of the hot sauce. Weirdly, when a clown remarks that the bear had bit Mort as hard as it could that it would have broken the bone had Miss Snuggle Wuggle Puss Jr. bit any harder, Mort creepily smiles and assures them that his arm will heal quickly. After many controversies, Mort would get expelled from Clown College and by extension, his many circus acts. Afterwards, Mort would simply burn down the entire school.

After burning his former school, he decided to attend Madame Amberley's Academy of Evil. After some time studying evil, he would gain a job as a janitor within the evil Irken Empire where he simps for "legendary" Zim since he views him as the ideal true villains that he inspires to be one day despite everyone else viewing Zim as a complete nuisance within the empire.

Overall, Mort's current form is that of a anthropomorphic mouse lemur. He has brown fur, dark brown eyes, a black nose, long whiskers, long ears, and a long, bushy tail which somewhat reassembles that of a squirrel. In terms of fashion and style, Mort is highly against and is a sworn hater of the sociological concept of [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cultural_capital cultural capital]. This makes him have an affinity for wearing similar clothing and also being fond with the act of buying cheap clothes from various thrift stores, while also showing complete and total disdain with the idea of buying any type of brand clothing or clothes from any form of luxury stores like Chanel. Some characters also mention that he is an extremely untidy and a messy person when it comes to his appearance. When a friend of his named "Big Chungus" reunited with Mort, he claimed that Mort "[stinked] like piss" and had blood under his fingernails. Big Chungus even called Mort a "proto-hipster" because of Mort’s refusal and hatred of being seen as wealthy and having any sort of cultural capital.

Throughout all forms and designs, whenever he is enraged or excited, such as whenever he is fighting a strong or amusing opponent, he breaks into a wide grin and terrifying smile, giving him a maniacal and sadistic appearance.
