At one point in time it fractured it's power into twelve equally powerful beings, however doing so caused it to lose 99.99% of it's power. So in order to prevent being killed by it's creations, it went into hiding. This is why the council never saw anyone claim to be their creator.
Zalphism states that in the beginning of time, Omnisim fractured into 12 different beings to create the Omniverse for him, which are now known as the [[Zalpha Council]]. Why did he do this? We have no idea, he was probably very lazy and didn't want to make it all on his own. After which, he had lost 70% of is power, making him significantly weaker and could easily be defeated by a single council member. However, he was still extremely powerful.
