NonaSoft is an inventor and engineer, creator of the Rearnium Power Suit, and one of the five members of the High Archono Council, the leading five councillors of the Archono Union. NonaSoft won the election for his seat in the council by a very thin margin, having only 4% higher than the runner up Ergonomical Party.

Since the breakout of the War of Gosafia in 575, NonaSoft and all other council members gave themselves emergency powers to stay in office until peace was achieved. Because of this, NonaSoft was in office for 23 years, up until the full establishment of New Archonia as their new home.
